Shipping Policy
Sharon is sharing her love for jewellery and making friends all over the world. With shipping to over 60 countries and with flexible rates, we do our best to get the product to you wherever you live and as quickly and easily as possible.
What types of shipping can you choose?
We offer flexible shipping with Canada Post, which allows you to choose the price and speed of your order. When you place your order on our website, you will be given the opportunity to select the type of shipping you prefer. *Please note that in addition to the delivery times stated below, we also require 24-48 hours processing time upon receiving your order.
Shipping within Canada:
- Expedited - Delivers the next business day locally, 1-3 business days regionally, and 2-7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres;
- Priority Courier - Noon next business day locally and regionally (between most major Canadian centres). Next business day nationally (between most major Canadian centres).
Shipping to the United States:
- Small Packet Surface (U.S.A.) - delivers in 4-10 days
- Small Packet Air (U.S.A) - delivers in 6-12 days
- Expedited Parcel (U.S.A.) - delivers in 6-12 business days between major centres in Canada and major centres in the U.S.A. (Some exceptions apply)
- Xpresspost (U.S.A.) - delivers in 3-5 business days.
- Priority Courier (through Purolator International) - delivers next day a.m. to over 19,000 destinations in the U.S.A.
International Shipping
- International Surface Parcel/Small Packet - delivers in 4-6 weeks to most international destinations
- International Air Parcel/Small Packet - delivers in 6-10 business days to most international destinations.
- Priority Courier (through Purolator International) - delivers in 2-3 business day delivery to major destinations in over 50 countries worldwide
What is the cost of shipping?
The shipping charge will vary based on your mailing address, the type of product you purchase and the type of shipping you choose. You will be shown the shipping charge on your order before you are asked to provide payment details and complete your purchase. We have done a lot to get you the best rate possible, while maintaining the quality and reliability of the shipping service. From time to time, Sharon's Collection may offer you the opportunity to receive free shipping or reduced shipping through coupons or promotions.

In-store pickup If you prefer to pick up a product in our Toronto store (contact details), we are happy to put the product aside, wrap it in Sharon’s special way, and have the product waiting for you. To pick up a product in-store, send us an e-mail at sales@sharonscollection.com with the product name and quantity. You can then pay for the product when you visit our store.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs and duties (taxes) which are payable by you when you receive the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we are unable to estimate what they would be as they vary from country to country. If you have concerns, please check with your local customs department for more information or for an estimate of these charges.
Return Policy
We are certain that you will fall in love with our products. But if for any reason you have a change of heart, you may return the product (except for earrings*) to us for an exchange or credit only within 6 weeks of the date that your product is shipped from our store.
While we do not offer refunds, we are certain that we can find the right product for you. It’s easy and simple to get an exchange and credit for our products.
* For the well-being of our customers, we do not offer exchanges or credits on earrings. Earrings are considered final sale.
How do Exchanges and Credits Work?
Within 6 weeks of the date of shipping, send us a brief e-mail at sales@sharonscollection.com with your name, your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. When we receive an item for exchange, we verify that the product is in its original condition. Once we are satisfied with the condition, we will provide you with a credit for the value of your product less your original shipping fee.*
* YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST AND THE RETURN SHIPPING COST unless you qualify for free return shipping. Free return shipping only applies if your product is defective. We will verify that the product is defective upon receipt by us. Once we have verified that the product is defective, we will credit you the full value of the purchase (including original shipping fee). We reserve the right to deny you free return shipping and charge you accordingly if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the product is not defective but that it has been tampered with or damaged by the customer in any way.
You can also bring the product to our Toronto store location within 6 weeks of the date of shipping of the product, along with your e-receipt, for an exchange or credit.
Methods of Payment
We accept VISA,
MasterCard and American Express. Once your order has been made, we will
process and send you order details and an email confirmation within
24hrs of your purchase. If you have not received an email from us, please ensure to check your junk or spam mail folder.
All our advertised prices are in
Canadian dollars. Your order will be processed in Canadian currency and
the total will be converted on your credit card statement by the credit
card company at the applicable exchange rate at time of purchase. All
payments and transactions on our website are secured and subject to
strict protection.
If you prefer, we will also be pleased to accept your order by phone, fax or mail.

Sales Tax
All
orders placed in Canada are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
As well, residents of Ontario must remit an additional 8% Provincial
Sales Tax (PST) on any order. These charges are not included in the
price listings and will be added to your total order cost (including
shipping cost) upon purchase.
American and other
internationally shipped orders are not subject to sales taxes, but may
be subject to additional duty charges in their respective countries.
You are responsible for any duty charges, which are to be paid by you
directly.
